After an early breakfast, we head to the Grand Tsingy to start the hike as early as possible and avoid the heat. This is the most spectacular part of the park, famous for its towering limestone formations that rise like stone cathedrals. The circuit combines forest trails, metal ladders, narrow passages, hanging bridges, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Tsingy landscape. Along the way, we look for lemurs, birds, and unique dry-forest vegetation growing between the rocks.
The hike usually lasts between 4 and 7 hours, depending on the route and your pace.
After the visit, we return to the hotel for lunch and enjoy a relaxing afternoon to rest, swim, or simply recover from the hike.
